Welcome Message

Welcome to Ephesus Elementary, home of the Roadrunners! We currently serve approximately 450 students from Pre-K through 5th grade in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City School district. Our mission is to welcome all, inspire each, and grow togetherWe will do this by providing an engaging, safe, and empowering community that values the academic, social, and emotional growth of all students.

From the Principal

First, please remember that school is closed on Monday for the Labor Day holiday.  We look forward to seeing your children again on Tuesday between 7:25 and 7:50 AM.

Second, please look in your child's folder on Tuesday for an important reminder about our arrival and dismissal procedures for walkers and car riders.

Third, please re-link your Harris Teeter VIC card to Ephesus, which is school #1743.  We appreciate the thousands of dollars that we have received in the past few years and encourage you to ask family members and friends to support Ephesus in this way, too.

And finally, our beginning of year math and reading benchmark assessments will start this week and may continue until the end of September.  We will share data with you regarding your child's progress at the first quarter conference.
